Ingredients

1-14oz pizza crust
8 oz vegetable cream cheese
1 cup Paisley Farm Sweet Pickled Beets, drained
1 cup Paisley Farm Marinated Mushrooms, drained
1 cup Paisley Farm Hot Brussels Sprouts, drained
1 cup Cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and cut out a 2- to 3-inch circle in the center to create a wreath shape. Use excess dough to form a bow shape. Bake wreath and bow at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
  2. Once crust is fully baked and cooled, spread with cream cheese. Place a mixture of Paisley Farm vegetables on top of wreath, in a decorative pattern.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
