Brussels Sprouts Pasta Salad
2 16-oz jars Paisley Farm Dilled or Hot Brussels Sprouts*, including their juice
½ pound tri-color veggie pasta, cooked
½ cup onion, diced
½ cup carrot, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes, to allow flavors to come together.
- Serve and enjoy!
*Either taste great in this recipe, choose your favorite or use one jar of each!
