Yields 4 servings


1-24oz jar Paisley Farm Bean Salad, drained or 3/4 35.5oz jar, drained
1-pound Ground beef
1 cup Yellow onion, diced
3 tablespoons Taco seasoning
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup Nacho cheese flavored tortilla chips, crushed
1 cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded
½ cup Tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup Sour cream, for serving
Hot sauce to taste, for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet, combine bean salad, ground beef, onion and taco seasoning and cook over medium heat until beef is cooked through, about 10 minutes. Place meat and bean mixture in medium baking dish.
  3. Cover mixture with crushed chips and shredded cheese. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  4. To serve, top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and hot sauce as desired.
  5. Enjoy!
