Grilled Tuscan T-Bone
with Garlic Mushrooms, Sautéed Potatoes and Wilted Greens
4 Steaks (seasoned as you wish)
1 tbsp. Butter
Half a jar of Paisley Farm Organic Marinated Mushrooms
6 cups Red Potatoes, quartered and partially cooked
Salt & Pepper to taste
- Grill steaks to desired heat.
- Put butter in a pan, add potatoes on top and let them brown.
- Salt/Pepper to taste.
- In a separate bowl:
- Drain mushrooms. Sauté mushrooms and butter together in a pan. Use as topping for steaks.
