Yields 1 large bowl


1 14oz can Garbanzo beans
1/2 Jar Paisley Farm pickled sweet beets.
1/4 cup tahini
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2Tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove
2 Tablespoons Chickpea juice
2 Tablespoons pickled beet juice
salt to taste
For Garnish
Finely diced Paisley Farm pickled sweet beets.
Chopped sprouted pumpkin seeds (sub pine nuts or cashews)


  1. In a blender or food processor place hummus ingredients. Start to blend on low and increase speed to desired smoothness. Pour into a large bowl, garnish with more beets, chives, and pumpkin seeds. Serve with pita chips. Enjoy!
