Yam, Beet & Apple Salad With Honey Dijon Dressing

Dressing Ingredients
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Lightly flavored Vegetable Oil
Salad Ingredients
¼ cup Yams, peeled, diced, partially cooked so slightly soft
¼ cup Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
¼ cup Paisley Farm Sweet Pickled Beets
2 tbsp Feta cheese crumbles
1 tbsp Honey
2 oz. Baby Spinach


Dressing Directions:
  1. Take all three ingredients, mix together in bowl.
Salad Directions:
  1. Take all ingredients, mix together thoroughly in bowl. Top with feta cheese crumbles and dressing. Serve chilled.
