Sweet & Savory Green Bean, Garlic, & Beets Salad Recipe

Yields 4 to 6 servings


2 Cans Green Beans - You can use french or traditional style beans
1 Cup of Paisley Farm Sweet Pickled Beets, diced
4 cloves of minced garlic
1/3 Olive Oil
1/3 Vinegar (you can use red wine or even balsamic)
Garlic Powder - several dashes
Onion Powder - several dashes
Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Drain all liquid from can of green beans
  2. Chop garlic - minced or chopped is fine
  3. Chop beets into cubes
  4. Mix all in bowl and then add spices
  5. Add oil and vinegar - mix well
  6. Chill for at least one hour in fridge
