Sweet Beets And Greens Salad With Goat Cheese
Paisley Farm Sweet Pickled Beets
Ingredients
1 ½ cup spring mix lettuce
1 cup Paisley Farm Sweet Pickled Beets, drained
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
2 tablespoons pecans
2 tablespoons goat cheese, crumbled
For Dressing:
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
Instructions
- Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate, small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients together.
- Dress salad and enjoy!
