Sweet Beet Pavlova Recipe

1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup Paisley Farm Sweet Pickled Beets
1 Premade 8-12 inch pavlova


  1. Add Sweet Pickled Beets and butter to a pan on medium slowly stirring until butter melts
  2. Add the cinnamon and lemon juice
  3. Grab your pavlova and spoon the beet mix into the well of the pavlova. Then top with lemon zest and serve.
