Sweet Beet Pavlova

1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup Paisley Farm Sweet Pickled Beets
1 Premade 8-12 inch pavlova
- Add Sweet Pickled Beets and butter to a pan on medium slowly stirring until butter melts
- Add the cinnamon and lemon juice
- Grab your pavlova and spoon the beet mix into the well of the pavlova. Then top with lemon zest and serve.
