Paisley's Cheeseburger Soup
2 large onions, diced
½ pound bacon, diced
1-pound ground beef
1 24-oz jar Paisley Farm Dilled Brussels Sprouts, drained
½ 35.5-oz jar Paisley Farm Marinated Mushrooms, drained
1-pound American Cheese product
2 tablespoons steak seasoning
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
1 qt vegetable broth
- In a large pot, brown onions, bacon and ground beef, over medium heat. Stir in steak seasoning, ketchup and mustard.
- Add sprouts and mushrooms, and let cook until warmed through. Stir in cheese to melt and then add enough broth to create a creamy consistency.
- Bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes and serve with crusty bread or croutons.
