Paisley's Cheeseburger Soup

A hearty and filling soup that the whole family will enjoy for a meal.

2 large onions, diced
½ pound bacon, diced
1-pound ground beef
1 24-oz jar Paisley Farm Dilled Brussels Sprouts, drained
1-pound American Cheese product
2 tablespoons steak seasoning
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
1 qt vegetable broth


  1. In a large pot, brown onions, bacon and ground beef, over medium heat. Stir in steak seasoning, ketchup and mustard.
  2. Add sprouts, and let cook until warmed through. Stir in cheese to melt and then add enough broth to create a creamy consistency.
  3. Bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes and serve with crusty bread or croutons.
