Paisley Farm Apple Cinnamon Dressing
5 oz of apples drained
2 oz shallots (1 medium shallot)
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
¼ cup white wine vinegar
2 tbsp apple brine from our jar
¾ cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Dash of salt
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Store in an air-tight container for up to two weeks, but best used in 7-10 days.
