Million Dollar Dip with Southwest Bean Salad
This recipe was created by A Sweet Potato Pie for The Paisley Farm Recipe Challenge.
1 8 ounce block cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 jar Paisley Farms Southwest Bean Salad
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup slivered almonds
¼ cup diced green onions
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, bacon bits, slivered almonds, and green onions to small bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Chill for two hours.
- In a bowl, pour in a layer of the bean salad. Top with cream cheese mixture. Top with more of the bean salad and top with cheese and green onions.
- Serve with crackers
