8 chicken pieces (a mixture of white and dark meat is best)
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons paprika
2 small yellow onions, diced
2 medium green peppers, diced
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a gallon size zip-top bag, combine yogurt, dill, cinnamon and paprika. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in bag to marinate, 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add in onions, garlic and green peppers and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken marinade to pan.
  3. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is completely cooked through.
  4. Uncover and simmer over medium heat until sauce has reduced and thickened. Season as needed with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve alongside buttered noodles and Paisley Farm Sweet Pickled Beets for an easy and delicious dinner!
