Hungarian Chicken And Beets
Paisley Farm Sweet Pickled Beets for side dish
Ingredients
8 chicken pieces (a mixture of white and dark meat is best)
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons paprika
2 small yellow onions, diced
2 medium green peppers, diced
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a gallon size zip-top bag, combine yogurt, dill, cinnamon and paprika. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in bag to marinate, 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add in onions, garlic and green peppers and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken marinade to pan.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is completely cooked through.
- Uncover and simmer over medium heat until sauce has reduced and thickened. Season as needed with salt and pepper.
- Serve alongside buttered noodles and Paisley Farm Sweet Pickled Beets for an easy and delicious dinner!
