8oz pizza dough, rolled thin
½ cup basil pesto
¾ cup Paisley Farm Garlic Marinated Mushrooms, quartered
4oz fresh mozzarella, sliced thin


  1. Preheat grill on high.
  2. Place dough on grill and cook until the top of the dough starts to bubble.
  3. Flip and top with pesto, mushrooms and mozzarella.
  4. Close lid to melt cheese. Enjoy!
