Grilled Filet Mignon Skewers

8 oz filet mignon, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup Paisley Farm Organic Marinated Mushrooms, drained
1 Green Pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Orange Pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 Red Onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
Salt, to taste


  1. Alternate all ingredients on 6 metal skewers.
  2. Season with salt and grill over medium high heat for 10 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes, until evenly cooked.

3 skewers per servings
