Garlic Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients
1 large store-bought pizza crust
½ cup prepared pizza sauce
¼ - ½ cup grated or finely shredded parmesan cheese
8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
½ - 1 cup ground Italian sausage (cooked, crumbled, and drained of excess grease)
1 cup Paisley Farm Marinated Mushrooms and Zesty Garlic, drained (left whole or roughly chopped)
Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the pizza crust on a pizza stone/pan or large baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving about a 1-inch edge. Next, sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the sauce followed by a layer of the sliced mozzarella. Top the cheese with Italian sausage and marinated mushrooms.
- Bake until the crust is golden brown and crisp and the cheese is bubbling, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves, if desired, and serve. Enjoy!
