Ingredients

1 24-oz jar Paisley Farm Four Bean Salad, drained
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cheese tortellini
1 28-oz can diced tomatoes
1-quart vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine bean salad and spices. Heat over medium heat.
  2. Add in tortellini, tomatoes and stock. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a slow simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
