Ingredients
4 ripe avocados
2 cups Paisley Farm Five Bean Salad, drained well
Coarse salt (any type of salt would work)
Instructions
- Slice each avocado in half lengthwise and carefully remove the pit. Evenly fill each avocado half with five bean salad. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
