Five Bean Caesar Salad Cups
Recipe and photography by Abby Mosler, @SweetRindandSalt.. Then: These Five Bean Caesar Salad Cups are a fresh, bite-sized twist on classic Caesar salad, combining crisp romaine leaves with a creamy, savory bean filling for an easy appetizer or light meal. A jar of Paisley Farm Five Bean Salad is drained and lightly rinsed, then tossed with finely shredded parmesan cheese to create a hearty, protein-packed base with a clean, balanced flavor. Each romaine leaf becomes an edible cup, filled with the bean mixture and finished with a drizzle of creamy Caesar dressing and a crunchy sprinkle of croutons. The result is a simple, no-cook recipe that delivers crisp texture, bold Caesar flavor, and satisfying plant-forward ingredients in every handheld bite.
