Easy Homemade Teriyaki Chicken
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 Large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup Pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
Homemade Teriyaki Sauce
1 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons bourbon
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Brown chicken and set aside.
- Combine teriyaki sauce in the same skillet and bring to a boil. Once sauce has started to reduce and thicken, add back in chicken and remaining ingredients. Cook over medium high heat until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are bright.
- Serve over rice with a side of Paisley Farm Asian Bean Salad and enjoy!
