Dilled Greek Salad
Paisley Farm Dilled Cauliflower, drained
1 24oz jar Paisley Farm Dilled Cauliflower, drained
6 cups chopped romaine
1 cup chickpeas,
1 cup Kalamata olives, halved
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
- Divide romaine between 4 plates or bowls.
- Top with cauliflower, chickpeas, olives, cheese and tomatoes.
- Dress with vinegar and oil and serve.
