Deep Fried Hot Sprouts

Crispy, deep fried Hot Brussels Sprouts bring the flavor with a touch of heat.

1 24 oz jar Paisley Farm Hot Brussels Sprouts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs (beaten)
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (grated)
Canola oil to fry
Buffalo sauce to dip
Bleu cheese and ranch to dip


  1. Drain jar of Paisley Farm Hot Brussels Sprouts and set aside.
  2. Mix parmesan cheese with panko breadcrumbs and set in a bowl. Next set eggs in a bowl and flour in a separate bowl as well.
  3. Heat large skillet to medium/high heat and add oil. Oil should go no higher than 2 inches up the side. Heat until bubbling.
  4. Coat Hot Brussels Sprouts to fry. First coat in flour, then dip in egg, and finally into the panko/parmesan mixture.
  5. Add coated sprouts to the oil to fry until golden and crispy (takes about 1-2 minutes a side).
  6. Place fried sprouts on a plate topped with paper towel.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, serve with buffalo sauce and enjoy!
