Cheesy Bacon Sprouts
1 24-oz jar Paisley Farm Hot Brussels Sprouts, drained
¼-pound of bacon, cut into quarter-inch pieces
4 slices muenster cheese
- Place bacon pieces in a cold cast iron skillet and place over medium heat. Allow bacon to cook until crispy, and fat has been rendered out.
- Stir in drained sprouts* and top with cheese slices to cover.
- Place skillet under the broiler, just long enough to melt the cheese. Remove and serve.
*(Be careful when adding sprouts to pan, as any remaining marinade will cause splattering.)
