Ingredients

24 oz Paisley Farm Dilled or Sweet Cauliflower*, drained
1 large cucumber, diced
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 large shallot, minced
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve chilled.

Additional Notes

*Either work great in this recipe! Choose your favorite or mix in half of each!
