Easy Homemade Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 Large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup Pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
Homemade Teriyaki Sauce
Teriyaki Sauce
1 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons bourbon
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Brown chicken and set aside.
  2. Combine teriyaki sauce in the same skillet and bring to a boil. Once sauce has started to reduce and thicken, add back in chicken and remaining ingredients. Cook over medium high heat until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are bright.
  3. Serve over rice with a side of Paisley Farm Asian Bean Salad and enjoy!
