Easy Cheesy Bean Dip

Ingredients

1-35 oz jar Paisley Farm Four or Five Bean Salad, drained
1-1oz packet (2-3 tablespoons) of taco seasoning
2 tablespoons salsa
¾ cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Instructions

  1. Separate ½ cup bean salad from the rest of the jar, set aside. Blend remaining bean salad with taco seasoning using a food processor or blender.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir seasoned bean mixture together with reserved whole beans, salsa and ½ cup shredded cheese.
  3. Spread into an even layer in an oven-safe baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 400 degrees for ten minutes, to heat through and melt cheese.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
